Richard, of Sandbach, passed away peacefully on 1st November 2025 aged 73 years. He was the much loved Husband of Wendy, devoted Dad to Tanya and Zoe, and treasured Grandad of Anna, Tom, Isla and Esmé. The funeral service will take place at Crewe Crematorium on Wednesday 19th November 2025 at 11:30am. Family flowers only. Donations if desired to The Christie (Oesophago-gastric Research Fund).

Richard was a much loved Brother-In-Law to Peter & Jenny Sandland & Uncle to ( the late)Anita, Vikki & David & Fiona for the last 45+ years As a family we all loved Richard for his gentle manner, quiet humour and opinions on many topics. He was a dedicated husband, father and grandfather whose family always came first, he never craved the high life, he was happy to potter in all aspects of his life. He will be sadly missed at family gatherings but will be remembered by us all. Now at peace,
